What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the management of state-owned properties and oversee construction project implementation.
- Manage office accommodation leasing requirements for the Service Centre.
- Supervise state housing management activities within the Service Centre.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Infrastructure Management policies.
- Manage the division’s resources to ensure effective operation and service delivery.
What You’ll Need
- An Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Property Management, Financial Management, Project Management, Public Administration, or Public Management.
- A valid driver’s license.
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience or experience at the level of an Administrative Officer in Infrastructure Management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the RSA Constitution and Public Service Act.
- Proficiency in project management principles and government asset management policies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
