What You’ll Do
- Engage meaningfully with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Manage and coordinate private providers within the Northern/Tygerberg Sub-structure.
- Deliver direct services at Primary Health Care facilities on a rotational basis.
- Assist private providers with stock and pharmacy-related queries.
- Issue pharmaceutical products and ensure the quality provision of Pharmaceutical Care.
- Control stock through effective management of procurement, storage, and distribution of pharmaceuticals.
- Collate and organize information for research and handle reasonable job-related requests.
What You’ll Need
- Post-Basic Pharmacist Assistant qualification allowing registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
- Registration with the SAPC as a Pharmacist Assistant (Post-Basic) or Pharmacist Assistant (Post-Basic) Institutional.
- Experience:
- Grade 1: No experience required post-registration.
- Grade 2: Minimum of 5 years’ experience post-registration.
- Grade 3: Minimum of 13 years’ relevant experience post-registration.
- Valid driver’s license (Code B/EB).
- Good computer literacy and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
