What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of three years of tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) or a National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Public Administration.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources Management, particularly in Human Resource Administration.
  • Familiarity with standards, practices, and procedures in HR.
  • Proficiency in PERSAL and CORE systems.
  • Strong understanding of legislative frameworks such as the PSA, PSR, and EEA.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicts and perform under pressure.
