What You’ll Do

  • Provide secretarial and receptionist support to the Regional Manager.
  • Record and manage the engagements and schedules of the Regional Manager.
  • Assess and prioritize requests for meetings and coordinate accordingly.
  • Compile and manage a realistic schedule of appointments.
  • Render administrative support services and ensure effective information flow.
  • Scrutinize routine submissions and reports, making notes and recommendations.
  • Respond to internal and external stakeholder inquiries.
  • Collect and analyze information requested by the Regional Manager.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage the leave register.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and refreshments.
  • Prepare minutes for meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in budget administration and monitor expenditure.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6/National Diploma) in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or related fields.
  • Relevant working experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of office management and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact with people at various levels and work in a team.
  • High level of reliability, resourcefulness, and self-motivation.
