What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve governance and accountability in supply chain management.
• Analyze UIF&W reports to identify and address recurring compliance risks within municipalities.
• Engage with municipalities to implement corrective actions and compliance measures.
• Assist municipalities in resolving supply chain reporting challenges and enhance contract management controls.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to supply chain compliance.
• Ensure all responses are processed within the prescribed turnaround times.
• Compile monthly and quarterly reports on supply chain management for management review.
• Co-facilitate the review and updating of frequently asked questions to improve service delivery.

What You’ll Need

• A three-year tertiary qualification (NQF level 7) in a relevant field such as Accounting, Financial Management, Logistics, or Public Management.
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of National Treasury circulars, procurement policy, and public service regulations.
• Competence in policy analysis, development, and interpretation of legislation.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
