About the Opportunity
The NMISA Risk Management Internship is a two-year program designed to immerse interns in the practical aspects of risk management within the Strategy, Business Development, and Governance Division. Based in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Section, interns will collaborate closely with the Risk Management Officer, gaining hands-on experience in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
Interns will assist in assessing and managing various risks related to NMISA’s operational environment. This includes conducting risk assessments, maintaining risk registers, and evaluating risk mitigation plans. Requirements/Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Risk Management, Auditing, Management, or a related field. Essential skills include knowledge of governance and risk principles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication and report-writing abilities. Benefits
Interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging from R6,758 to R8,878, based on qualification level.
