About the Opportunity
The National Empowerment Fund (NEF), in partnership with the Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA), proudly presents a 12-month Graduate Placement Programme. This initiative is crafted to provide graduates with hands-on workplace experience, equipping them with essential skills and exposure to industry operations in the Retail and Wholesale sector. Participants will collaborate with seasoned professionals in a nurturing and structured learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements/Qualifications
Applicants should possess a Diploma or Degree in fields such as Business Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Retail Business Management, Wholesale and Retail Operations, Public Management, Public Administration, Office Administration, Entrepreneurship, or any other relevant qualification. Additional requirements include being currently unemployed, not registered in any learnership or graduate programme, having no prior internship experience, being a South African citizen, and possessing basic computer literacy.
