What You’ll Do

  • Deliver folders and documents to various wards and clinics within Tygerberg Hospital.
  • Collect folders from different wards and clinics as needed.
  • Keep a register of all folders delivered and collected to maintain accurate records.
  • Sort incoming folders at the Medical Records department efficiently.
  • Follow up on any queries related to folders and assist with ad hoc tasks within the Medical Records team.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum educational qualification of basic numeracy and literacy.
  • Relevant experience in a registry environment or medical records is preferred.
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with staff and patients.
  • A strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage records accurately.

Salary

R144 024 per annum
