What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • Appropriate qualifications for registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Specialist in Orthopaedics.
  • Valid work permit for non-South Africans.
  • Sound knowledge of medical ethics and current health regulations.
  • Multidisciplinary management experience and teamwork skills in the medical field.
  • Proven clinical skills including consultations, history taking, and assessment.
  • Relevant experience post-registration with HPCSA or recognized foreign health councils.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and beyond normal working hours.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring junior staff.
