What You’ll Do

• Manage the implementation of the Guardian’s Fund to safeguard the interests of beneficiaries.
• Oversee the administration of Deceased Estates, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Administer Curatorships and register Trusts, providing essential support during legal processes.
• Monitor and manage the operations of service points to enhance service delivery.
• Handle the administration of Insolvencies, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation.
• Manage human, financial, and other resources effectively to support departmental objectives.

What You’ll Need

• An NQF level 7 qualification in Law / LLB or any legal equivalent as recognized by SAQA.
• A minimum of five years of experience at a middle or senior managerial level.
• Admittance as an Advocate / Attorney with the right of appearance at the High Court.
• Comprehensive knowledge of South African law, including the Administration of Estates Act, Insolvency Act, and other relevant legislations.
• Strong strategic capability and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project and programme management, financial management, and change management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with computer literacy.
