About the Role
The National Prosecuting Authority is seeking a Knowledge Information Officer based in Pretoria at its Head Office. What You’ll Do
- Identify key knowledge locations and experts within the organization.
- Schedule and conduct knowledge creation and harvesting sessions.
- Document and capture knowledge effectively for future reference.
- Publish secondary knowledge productions in various formats.
- Maintain an expert database and knowledge management portals.
- Conduct awareness training on knowledge management practices and tools.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant B Degree (NQF 7) or a Three-year Diploma (NQF 6) in Information Management, Information Sciences, or Knowledge Management.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in Information and Knowledge Management.
- Excellent report writing skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in electronic document and records management.
- Familiarity with the DPSA Knowledge Management framework, PAA, POPI, and NARSSA regulations.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and the Viva Engage platform.
- Strong communication, liaison, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and function independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
