What You’ll Do

  • Provide secretarial and receptionist support to the Senior Manager.
  • Receive and screen telephone calls and manage the Senior Manager’s diary.
  • Plan and coordinate documentation flow and ensure all relevant documents are prepared for meetings.
  • Perform advanced typing work and manage office equipment effectively.
  • Ensure guests are welcomed professionally and provide logistical support for travel and accommodation.
  • Arrange meetings, workshops, and events, including venue selection and catering.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes accurately.
  • Draft letters, memoranda, and compile necessary reports.
  • Maintain filing systems and administer leave registers.
  • Stay updated on relevant policies and procedures to provide effective support to the Senior Manager.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate with at least 2 years of experience as a secretary.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with departmental policies and procedures is advantageous.
  • A valid driver’s license is a plus.
