What You’ll Do

  • Assist in managing inbound and outbound call services effectively.
  • Support helpdesk operations to provide timely and accurate assistance to clients.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of the employer database.
  • Communicate efficiently with clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery standards.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification in Contact Centre Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Administration Management, Public Administration, or Financial Management at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
  • No prior work experience is necessary, but you must have never participated in any internship programme in the public or private sector.
  • Knowledge of the Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations, as well as the Unemployment Insurance Contribution Act.
  • Familiarity with Batho Pele Principles and Call Centre Operating Systems is beneficial.
  • Strong computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening abilities and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and telephone etiquette.
