What You’ll Do

• Assist in implementing business operations statistics to support effective decision-making.
• Provide analytical support on information collected during inquiries.
• Help maintain the business operations statistics database to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows related to data management.

What You’ll Need

• An undergraduate qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Management, or Operations Research at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
• No prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for career starters.
• A basic understanding of Public Finance Management (PFMA), Electronic Document Management Systems, and relevant public service regulations.
• Strong skills in communication, listening, computer literacy, time management, analytical thinking, negotiation, report writing, and planning and organizing.
• Familiarity with computer programming will be beneficial.
