What You’ll Do

  • Assist clients with configuring hardware and software to meet their evolving needs.
  • Decommission outdated equipment following proper disposal procedures and update asset registers.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant NQF level 6 qualification.
  • Certification as a Microsoft Certified Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
  • CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+ certification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and information security protocols.
  • Familiarity with the Promotion of Access to Information Act and the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA).
