About the Opportunity
The ICASA Graduate Development Programme is designed to cultivate young professionals by integrating practical work experience with formal training. Key Responsibilities
Interns will engage in various tasks across multiple disciplines, gaining hands-on experience in fields such as Communications, Law, Engineering, Human Resources, IT, Finance, and more. Each intern will contribute to projects that align with their field of study, supported by structured training and mentorship.

Requirements/Qualifications
Applicants must be South African citizens, hold a completed degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution, and be currently unemployed. Required documents include a Curriculum Vitae (CV), a motivational letter, academic transcripts, and proof of extracurricular activities. Applications missing any of these documents will not be considered.

Benefits
Successful candidates will receive a Total Cost to Company package ranging from R183,160 to R186,160 per annum. Beyond financial benefits, interns will gain practical industry experience, structured training, exposure to regulatory and ICT environments, and career development opportunities.
