About the Role
The Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI) is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Clerk Supervisor to join their dynamic Head Office team in Silverton, Pretoria. What You’ll Do
- Facilitate and manage service absences and terminations within the DPCI.
- Ensure compliance with National Instructions regarding service terminations and absenteeism.
- Oversee applications for temporary incapacity leave and related administrative functions.
- Monitor adherence to information security standards as per the Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS) and the Protection of Information Act.
- Supervise and manage human, physical, and financial resources allocated to your team.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or a National Certificate (Vocational) on the National Learner Record Database at NQF Level 4.
- A minimum of four years’ relevant experience in human resources or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least two official languages, including English.
- South African citizenship with documentary proof required on the interview day.
- Clean criminal record and the ability to undergo a vetting process, including security screening and fingerprint verification.
- Strong computer literacy and well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and completion of developmental courses will be advantageous.
