What You’ll Do

  • Supervise all administrative functions related to Human Resource Management for the Auxiliary Services Section.
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of Job Descriptions and Performance Plans.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to Career Management.
  • Manage general administration concerning photocopying machines used in the Supply Chain Management Division.
  • Supervise procurement functions for purchasing consumables and recurring services for the Auxiliary Services Section.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
  • An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) recognized by SAQA.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • A valid driver’s license for a light motor vehicle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with general computer literacy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and professionally, with strong problem-solving and planning skills.
  • Willingness to work under pressure and extended hours as required.
