What You’ll Do
- Manage the flow of correspondence and documents within the office.
- Take minutes during meetings and draft routine correspondence.
- Input records accurately, update databases, and manage the filing system.
- Maintain effective record-keeping and administrative services in the office.
- Ensure all documents received and booked out of the office are tracked properly.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 recognized by SAQA).
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- General computer literacy skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and professionally under pressure.
