What You’ll Do
- Administer staff employment processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies.

- Coordinate inter-departmental transfers to streamline staffing needs.
- Handle the appointments of reservists and permanent staff upon successful completion of probation.
- Ensure temporary employment arrangements for infrastructure maintenance services.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Competency in general computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good planning, organizing, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to professionalism, accountability, and customer service.
- Willingness to work under pressure and extended hours.
