What You’ll Do
- Administer human resource management functions within the department.
- Process service terminations and manage leave applications efficiently.
- Capture and maintain data integrity related to HR activities.
- Administer service allowance applications and manage employee transfers.
- Handle job descriptions (JD) and Performance Evaluation Plans (PEP) files.
- Capture essential documentation including WP1002 Beneficiary forms and Code of Conduct.
- Perform general administrative duties to support HR operations.
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Demonstrated competency in core HR functions.
- Strong computer literacy skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage extended hours when necessary.
- A customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
