What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the effective operation of the Housing Subsidy System and Housing Subsidy Portal.
  • Manage and maintain the National Housing Needs Register.
  • Analyze existing systems to identify areas needing improvement and propose enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users of the Housing Subsidy Systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of housing solutions.

What You’ll Need

  • A Matric certificate and an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration, Financial Accounting, or a related field recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Valid South African driver’s license (with exceptions for individuals with disabilities).
  • Strong knowledge of relevant public service legislation, including the Public Service Act, Labour Relations Act, and Housing Act.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and people management skills.
  • Proficient in computer literacy with effective communication skills.
