What You’ll Do

  • Manage the administration of domestic travel and subsistence allowances claims.
  • Process miscellaneous claims and handle interim accommodation claims.
  • Facilitate the administration of standing advances.
  • Maintain salary records and manage overtime remuneration requests.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and records for all financial transactions.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV 164 Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 recognized by SAQA).
  • Proficiency in English and one other official language.
  • Competence in general computer skills, including MS Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
