Key Responsibilities
As a Client Care Graduate Intern, you will:
– Register new complaints and assess their jurisdiction.
– Guide complainants on jurisdictional matters.

– Refer matters outside FAIS Ombud’s jurisdiction to appropriate organizations.
– Liaise with complainants and financial service providers.
Requirements/Qualifications
– South African citizenship with a valid ID.
– Office Administration Diploma at NQF Level 6.
