What You’ll Do

• Engage proactively with various entities to gather insights and identify emerging trends.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive entity oversight reporting framework and processes.
• Design and monitor adherence to the entity oversight reporting schedule and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance and Monitoring and Evaluation units to meet all reporting requirements and targets.
• Analyze entity oversight reports and prepare quarterly and annual integrated reports for submission to senior management.
• Present consolidated reports at the CEO/Chairpersons’ Forum and manage follow-ups on parliamentary questions.
• Support the Accounting Officer in managing non-compliance issues and fostering accountability.
• Guide and advise officials on best practices in entity oversight reporting and compliance.

What You’ll Need

• An NQF level 7 qualification in Internal Auditing, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience, with at least three years at a middle managerial level in Corporate Governance and Oversight.
• Strong competencies in job knowledge, quality of work, planning, communication, and teamwork.
• Proficient in data management, analytics, stakeholder engagement, and understanding of corporate governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to service delivery innovation.
