Key Responsibilities

As a graduate trainee, you will:
– Be the first point of contact for IT-supported systems and services.
– Administer and support approximately 90 end users.
– Handle hardware setup and support.
– Monitor and update computer equipment inventory.
– Support PCs, printers, wireless networks, and more.
– Manage software installations and support.
– Maintain Windows 11 and Windows Server environments.
– Administer Office 365, SharePoint, and other applications.
– Ensure data backups and maintain antivirus controls.
– Assist with ICT projects and provide weekly reports.

Requirements/Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least one of the following:
– Diploma in Information Technology
– MCSE or equivalent qualification
– A+ or N+ certification

An ITIL Foundation Certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Applicants should demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
