Key Responsibilities

Graduate Trainee – Business Development
– Conduct market research and profile companies
– Identify potential partners, investors, and clients
– Support deal origination and pipeline development
– Perform competitor and sector analysis
– Assist with due diligence and financial assessments
– Participate in client meetings and networking events

Graduate Trainee – Actuarial
– Assist with actuarial calculations and insurance reserves
– Support capital requirement calculations and solvency analysis
– Contribute to pricing models and data validation
– Assist with risk reporting, ORSA, and ALM projections
– Prepare actuarial reports and regulatory submissions

Requirements/Qualifications

Business Development
– Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Law, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields

Actuarial
– Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, or a related quantitative field

General Requirements
– Must be a South African citizen
– No prior work experience required
– Strong academic record
