What You’ll Do

• Provide desktop support to end-users to ensure efficient technology use.
• Install, update, and configure end-user devices and business applications.
• Investigate, resolve, or escalate logged calls related to IT issues.
• Assist users with LAN connectivity and monitor network performance.
• Support server room operations, ensuring compliance with maintenance contracts.
• Implement information system security measures and maintain an IT asset register.
• Generate ICT reports on incidents, system availability, and SLA compliance.

What You’ll Need

• A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Information Technology or a Degree in Computer Science.
• Certifications such as A+, N+, MCSE, or Linux+ are required.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT technical support.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, servers, and network management.
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
