What You’ll Do

• Manage and oversee the Community Works Programme in the province.

• Support communication strategies to enhance public awareness and engagement.
• Lead change management initiatives and strategic planning within the department.
• Oversee financial management and resource allocation for various programmes.

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) as recognised by SAQA.
• At least 5 years of middle or senior management experience.
• Strong competencies in strategic management and change management.
• Proven skills in programme and project management.
• Effective people management and leadership abilities.
• Financial management expertise.
