What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Supply Chain Management and Movable Asset Management.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance and effective performance.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and oversee procurement data analysis and reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders to build capacity and strengthen partnerships across government.
- Manage budgets, projects, and resources in line with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure effective people management, performance evaluation, and staff development initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant NQF Level 7 qualification (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of middle or senior managerial experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Asset Management within the public sector.
- Successful completion of the Senior Management Pre-entry Programme.
- Demonstrated competencies in strategic management, project management, change management, financial management, and people management.
