What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Supply Chain Management and Movable Asset Management.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance and effective performance.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and oversee procurement data analysis and reporting.
• Engage with stakeholders to build capacity and strengthen partnerships across government.
• Manage budgets, projects, and resources in line with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure effective people management, performance evaluation, and staff development initiatives.

What You’ll Need

• A relevant NQF Level 7 qualification (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of middle or senior managerial experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Asset Management within the public sector.
• Successful completion of the Senior Management Pre-entry Programme.
• Demonstrated competencies in strategic management, project management, change management, financial management, and people management.
