What You’ll Do
- Manage the National School Nutrition Conditional Grant, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and review norms and standards for the National School Nutrition Programme.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of NSNP services at national, provincial, district, and school levels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate program impact and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Implement risk management measures to enhance service delivery and accountability.
- Supervise and manage NSNP staff across various levels to foster a productive work environment.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement efforts to align with departmental priorities.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification at NQF Level 7 recognized by SAQA.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a middle or senior managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of the National School Nutrition Programme and related policies.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and community engagement.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, project management, and research skills.
- Thorough understanding of the public sector policy and legislative environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
