What You’ll Do

  • Manage the implementation of employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of organisational design frameworks.
  • Conduct assessments on organisational functionality and service delivery models.
  • Facilitate sound employee relations services and act as the chief negotiator.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters and support capacity-building programmes.
  • Design and implement change management and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee the design and execution of wellness management services and programmes.
  • Advise management on opportunities to enhance performance and organisational effectiveness.

What You’ll Need

  • An NQF level 7 degree in Operations Management, Organisational Development, Labour Relations, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a relevant equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in Employee Relations, Organisational Design, and Employee Wellness at a middle/senior management level.
  • At least three years of experience in an Employee/Labour Relations environment.
  • Strong strategic capabilities, leadership skills, and knowledge of government administrative processes.
  • Expertise in change management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
