What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic management and leadership to the nursing department
• Oversee clinical governance and service delivery of nursing services
• Manage human resources matters, including staff development and support
• Oversee budget management for nursing personnel, agency staff, and equipment
• Implement quality improvement, infection prevention, and occupational health strategies
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations

What You’ll Need

• Basic R425 qualification or equivalent qualification that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse
• Registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in nursing post-registration, with 4 years at a management level
• Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Competency in MS Office packages and nursing administration
