What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic management and leadership to the nursing department
- Oversee clinical governance and service delivery of nursing services
- Manage human resources matters, including staff development and support
- Oversee budget management for nursing personnel, agency staff, and equipment
- Implement quality improvement, infection prevention, and occupational health strategies
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations
What You’ll Need
- Basic R425 qualification or equivalent qualification that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse
- Registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in nursing post-registration, with 4 years at a management level
- Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competency in MS Office packages and nursing administration
