What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the development of a service delivery model and template for the department.
  • Facilitate change management interventions and respond to related requests.
  • Advise on the appointment of external change management specialists.
  • Oversee the development and review of Service Delivery Improvement Plans (SDIPs) and compile reports on their implementation.
  • Manage the coordination of service excellence awards and ensure departmental participation in the national Batho Pele awards.
  • Develop and implement surveys to assess client satisfaction and service needs, including creating action plans based on findings.
  • Facilitate training for middle and senior managers on Project Khaedu and coordinate service delivery initiatives.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field at NQF Level 6.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in junior management roles focused on organizational development and service delivery improvement.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong skills in computer literacy, communication (both verbal and written), monitoring and evaluation, and report writing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and conduct research.
