What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Batho Pele program across local governments and provincial departments.
- Evaluate Batho Pele projects to assess their effectiveness and impact on service delivery.
- Provide administrative support services to enhance operational efficiency within the department.
- Facilitate change management engagement programs to capacitate municipalities and government departments.
- Develop and oversee provincial service delivery improvement plans.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced National Diploma in Public Administration, Public Management, Operations Management, or Social Science (NQF Level 7).
- A minimum of three years of experience at the Junior Management Level, preferably in the public service transformation field.
- Solid understanding of the Operations Management Framework, Batho Pele Programmes, and the Government’s Transformation Agenda.
- Essential skills include analytical thinking, strong communication abilities, interpersonal relations, and a commitment to upholding public service values.
