What You’ll Do
- Oversee the implementation of tender administration processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor bid administration processes in accordance with supply chain management guidelines.
- Provide advisory services on public procurement and assist with Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration.
- Manage and coordinate departmental programmes, plans, and activities within the region.
- Handle the management of human and financial resources effectively to meet departmental goals.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of three (3) years’ Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Financial Management, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Affairs, or Public Management (NQF Level 07).
- At least three (3) years’ work experience in a Supply Chain Management environment at a junior management level.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong knowledge of the Public Service Act, Public Finance Management Act, and Treasury Regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, planning, and coordination abilities, with innovative thinking capabilities.
