What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the accommodation portfolio for client departments
  • Develop and implement user demand management policies and procedures
  • Conduct research on current best practices in property management
  • Manage the verification and assessment of accommodation requirements
  • Liaise with client departments on leasing and facilities management issues
  • Prepare cost analyses and monitor budget expenditure for client departments
  • Compile and distribute client-specific reports on expenditure
  • Supervise the sub-directorate to enhance client relationship management

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Public Management, Business Administration, or Real Estate Management
  • Relevant experience at a Junior Management or Assistant Director level
  • A valid Driver’s License
  • Knowledge of Works Control System (WCS), Basic Accounting System (BAS), and Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
  • Strong skills in financial management, project management, and procurement processes
  • Advanced numeracy, communication, and computer literacy skills
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
