What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic leadership for the ICT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the governance of ICT, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology solutions.
- Manage ICT operations, including infrastructure, networks, applications, and information management.
- Direct the acquisition, implementation, and maintenance of ICT systems and digital platforms.
- Lead efforts in information security, cybersecurity, and ICT risk management.
- Establish effective frameworks for ICT governance, project management, and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure financial management and resource allocation within the branch are optimized for performance.
What You’ll Need
- An NQF Level 8 qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least eight years of experience at a Senior Management level within an ICT environment.
- Strong knowledge of ICT governance, strategy development, and digital transformation processes.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale ICT modernization initiatives and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional strategic capability and strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and client orientation abilities.
