What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic and executive leadership for the Branch: Counter Corruption and Security Services.
- Manage human, financial, and physical resources while ensuring compliance with governance, risk, and compliance processes.
- Lead modernization initiatives through the effective implementation of digital transformation programs.
- Oversee the investigation and analysis of corruption, fraud, and security-related issues in collaboration with law enforcement agencies.
- Develop and implement counter-corruption prevention initiatives, including lifestyle audits and whistleblower protection mechanisms.
- Facilitate strategic stakeholder engagement and partnerships to support departmental objectives.
- Ensure the achievement of performance targets and operational efficiency across the Branch.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification in Law, Security Management, Forensic Investigation, Management, Business Management, Public Administration, or a related field at NQF level 8.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience at a Senior Management level in an anti-corruption or security services environment.
- Proven experience operating at a strategic or executive leadership level in a large organization, with public sector experience being an advantage.
- In-depth understanding of the Constitution of South Africa and relevant legislative frameworks governing security and anti-corruption.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for operational requirements.
- Successful completion of the Nyukela Pre-entry Certificate to Senior Management Services is essential.
