What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and manage Provincial Management Committee meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and communication.
  • Provide secretarial services to the Provincial Management Committee and EXCO, including minute-taking and documentation management.
  • Track and manage outstanding resolutions from the EXCO to ensure timely follow-up and implementation.
  • Ensure the safekeeping and proper documentation of all EXCO and cluster-related materials.
  • Render administrative support services as needed to various government forums, enhancing collaborative efforts across departments.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced National Diploma in Public Management or Administration (NQF Level 7).
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a Junior Management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Public Service prescripts and Human Resource Management principles.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to manage documentation effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong report writing and minute-taking capabilities.
  • Effective decision-making, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Background in project management will be advantageous.
