What You’ll Do

• Facilitate the implementation of the KZN Black Industrial Framework.
• Build and nurture stakeholder partnerships to enhance industrial initiatives.
• Support market and financial access for Black industrialists in the region.
• Develop and execute policies, strategies, and frameworks relevant to the Black Industrialist Programme.
• Manage human and financial resources within the Sub-directorate.

What You’ll Need

• An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or a three-year National Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, Production, or Operations Management at NQF Level 6/7 as recognized by SAQA.
• A minimum of 3 years’ junior management experience in Enterprise Development within the manufacturing sector or in Industrial Development projects.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing value chains and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in both isiZulu and English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
