What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • Appropriate qualification or in-service training that allows for registration as a Dental Assistant with the HPCSA.
  • For Grade 1: No experience is required after obtaining the relevant qualification.
  • For Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a dental assisting role.
  • Valid Code B/EB driver’s licence.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Knowledge of dental instruments and patient preparation procedures.
