What You’ll Do

  • Capture all information from dockets into SAPS systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Input data related to stolen and recovered property.
  • Record information on priority crimes reported at the station.
  • Provide critical information from SAPS systems to investigating officers.
  • Perform general administrative duties and maintain organized records.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of four (4) years’ relevant experience in data management or a similar field.
  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
  • An applicable three (3) year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in at least English and one other official language.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • General computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driver’s license for at least a light motor vehicle is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle extended hours as needed.
