What You’ll Do

  • Capture and input data from court records into designated formats like databases and spreadsheets.
  • Verify and query any missing data or errors during the data entry process.
  • Review and validate all captured data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct pre-recording and logging of court proceedings accurately.
  • Report any technical issues experienced during data capture to the helpdesk.
  • Maintain and update registers and statistics as required.
  • Save and scan court documents upon request to support administrative functions.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient court operations.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of clerical duties and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of public service legislative frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving abilities and good public relations skills.
  • Capable of planning and organizing tasks effectively.
