What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate awareness campaigns to promote community development programmes.

  • Assess funding applications from community organisations.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and support funded programmes and projects.

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate plus a B Degree or National Diploma in Social Sciences, Developmental Economics, Development Studies, or Community Development.
  • A valid South African driver’s license.
  • Computer literacy is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in community development will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of community development issues and a facilitative approach to engage communities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organising, and planning skills.
