What You’ll Do
- Perform cleaning duties in office corridors, elevators, and boardrooms, ensuring all spaces are tidy and welcoming.
- Dust and wax furniture, sweep, scrub, and wax floors, and vacuum or shampoo carpets as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and walls, as well as empty and clean waste bins.
- Provide cleaning services in kitchens and restrooms, ensuring all areas are stocked and hygienic.
- Refill hand soap, replace toilet paper, and maintain a fresh environment in restrooms.
- Report any broken cleaning machines or equipment and ensure proper care and maintenance of cleaning materials.
- Follow health and safety measures to maintain a safe working environment.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Grade 08, ABET, or AET qualifications, or an equivalent qualification at NQF Level 02 recognized by SAQA.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and health and safety measures.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Organisational skills to manage cleaning tasks effectively.
