What You’ll Do
- Facilitate and supervise caring interventions for children and young people.
- Build positive relationships with residents to promote trust and communication.

- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

- Perform clerical and administrative functions as required.
What You’ll Need
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Child and Youth Care Work.
- Valid Code B (or higher) driving licence.
- Knowledge of Child Care Act, Batho Pele Principles, and relevant legislation.
- Proven computer literacy in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-sectoral team.
- Skills in conflict management, report-writing, and problem-solving.
- Client-oriented mindset with a focus on service delivery.
