What You’ll Do

• Facilitate and supervise caring interventions for children and young people.
• Build positive relationships with residents to promote trust and communication.

What You’ll Need

• Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Child and Youth Care Work.
• Valid Code B (or higher) driving licence.
• Knowledge of Child Care Act, Batho Pele Principles, and relevant legislation.
• Proven computer literacy in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-sectoral team.
• Skills in conflict management, report-writing, and problem-solving.
• Client-oriented mindset with a focus on service delivery.
