What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement strategic support for monitoring government priorities.
- Coordinate capacity development programs that enhance planning, monitoring, and evaluation across government.
- Analyze performance reports, strategic plans, and budget allocations for alignment with national development goals.
- Provide technical advice to political leaders and executives on planning and institutional performance.
- Enhance tools and systems for evidence-based planning and performance monitoring.
- Lead partnerships to share knowledge and promote effective PM&E policies.
- Manage and provide oversight to teams, ensuring organizational objectives are met.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate NQF level 7 qualification in Public Administration or Social Sciences.
- A minimum of 8 years of strategic and executive management experience, including 5 years at a senior managerial level.
- A valid driver’s license and a solid understanding of political and governance issues.
- Strong skills in project management, financial management, and policy analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and empower multidisciplinary teams.
- A willingness to travel regularly as needed.
