What You’ll Do

• Implement broad economic strategies aimed at transforming the provincial economy.
• Conduct financial management and market assessments to guide project support decisions.

• Align procurement policies to boost the capacity of cooperatives and SMMEs.

What You’ll Need

• An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) or equivalent recognized by SAQA.
• A higher qualification in Economics, Economic Development, or related fields is advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience at a senior management level or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong competencies in financial management, strategic leadership, program management, and communication.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
