Business Analyst

A leading company is seeking a Business Analyst in South Africa to support the bridging of business needs and IT solutions. This role focuses on gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements to facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document detailed business requirements.
Create functional specifications and process documentation.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Develop use case and BPMN diagrams to support solution design.

Requirements

Matric certificate is essential.
BA certification and/or relevant IT qualification.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Analysis.
Strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation.
Experience in creating use case and BPMN diagrams.
Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder engagement.
